Refund and cancellation policy

Swing Trading Playbook is digital content delivered by email invite code. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

If you paid and did not get access

Your invite code is emailed automatically after payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder and use "send it again" in the payment window. If you still have no code after 24 hours, write to paras.trehan@gmail.com with the email address you used. We will either deliver your access or refund you in full.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice for the same email, or paid by mistake before using your code, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the extra payment.

After you have created your account

Because the content is delivered immediately and cannot be taken back, payments are not refundable once an account has been created with your invite code, except where the law requires otherwise.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them.
