Terms of use

These terms apply to Swing Trading Playbook (the "Service"), operated by Swing Trading Playbook ("we", "us"). By paying for or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What you get

After payment you receive an invite code by email. Using it to create an account gives you personal access to the course and the Trade Archives as they are published on the Service. Access is for you only: one account per purchase, and you may not share your login or the code.

2. Payment

The price (₹4,999, one time) is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details. Access is arranged only after the payment is confirmed. See the refund policy.

3. Invite codes and accounts

Each invite code is unique, works once, and is tied to the email address it was sent to. Keep your password private. We may disable an account that is shared, resold or used to copy the Service in bulk.

4. Educational content, not advice

The Service is educational. It studies how one trader describes his method in public. Nothing in it is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. The tweets shown are statements by their author, not a verified record of results. Trading involves risk of loss. You are responsible for your own decisions.

5. Independence and third-party content

The Service is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Manas Arora. Tweets, pictures, names and marks shown belong to their respective owners. Pictures load from X; we do not claim ownership of them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to bypass access controls, scrape or copy the content in bulk, or interfere with the Service.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that the tweets shown are complete. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for trading losses of any kind.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered address have jurisdiction.
